CallAlert

You can set your telephone to ring at a particular time as an alarm clock or to remind you of an appointment. Access myphone.graceba.com to manage or use * codes found in the Calling Features and Voice Mail Guide.


CallGuard

Allows you to manage calls from anonymous callers; (that is, callers who have blocked the calling number), leaving you unable to identify the caller and unable to identify unwanted calls.

Once CallGuard is activated, it works as follows:

1. Accept the call.
2. Play a message stating that you cannot accept the call at this time and please call back later.
3. If neither option is selected, CallGuard connects the call as if you had accepted the call.

CallMe

Allows you to be easily contacted by ringing several numbers simultaneously, such as your mobile, home phone and office extension, when someone calls you. (Please note that CallMe is activated for a call only if the call is not rejected by any Call Rejection services and is not forwarded through Immediate or Selective Call Forwarding.)

MyPhone

MyPhone is your online access to subscribe to and configure calling features. From Smart Services to other calling features, you can now subscribe online and manage many features whether at home or away.

Initial Setup:

1. Go to http://myphone.knology.com.
2. Use your 10-digit phone number (no spacing or other characters) for Directory Number and your 9-digit account number (no spacing or dashes) for password.
3. You may change your password after initial access to a password more easily recalled.

MyVoiceMail

You can now go to one source for voicemail and e-mail. MyVoiceMail merges your communication, allowing you to listen to voicemail online.

Initial Setup:

1. Go to http://myvoicemail.knology.com.
2. Use your 10-digit phone number (no spacing or other characters) for Directory Number and your 9-digit account number (no spacing or dashes) for password.
3. MyVoiceMail will ask that you change your password after initial access.

MyRing

Gives you up to three additional phone numbers for one phone line. Each number has its own special ring.

1. When a call comes in it will ring according to the number that was dialed.
2. Call Waiting will work the same with both numbers, but will use one tone for your primary phone number and two short tones for the second number, so you will always know which phone number incoming calls are ringing.

MyFriends

Assigns a special ring to the phone numbers on your MyFriends screening list allows up to 12 friends.
